Your Role 

As a Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will work for successful multinationals, international family businesses (outbound), and foreign companies operating in the Netherlands (inbound). Early in your career, you will gain insight into international business structures and work closely with experienced colleagues. No two days are the same: you will switch between analysis, documentation, and customer contact, quickly building up broad tax experience. 

What will you be doing?

• Preparing and conducting interviews with companies.
• Assisting in the drafting of transfer pricing policies.
• Conducting or supporting benchmark studies. 
• Assisting with APA requests, MAP procedures, and the drafting of Master and Local Files.
• Preparing and submitting country-by-country reports and notifications.
• Co-authoring documentation, memos, and advice under the guidance of experienced colleagues. 

What you need 

• A completed or nearly completed university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. 
• Initial relevant experience (e.g., through an internship) is a plus, but not a requirement.
