CSA Career Days is made possible through close collaboration with our corporate partners. We rely on your attendance at activities you have registered for. To ensure fairness and cover potential damages (e.g. rented spaces, material costs or reputational impact), we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Personal schedule CSA will send participants a personal schedule on date, which needs to be confirmed by participants within 48 hours by replying to the email. If you do not confirm in time, your spot may be given to another participant. As event capacities are limited, we kindly ask you to inform us if you are no longer able to attend any part of the program.
How to unsubscribe from an activity If you wish to cancel your participation in a specific activity, please email career@csa-rotterdam.nl. (Note: this is a new email address – cancellations sent elsewhere will not be processed)

First & last name
Activity you wish to cancel
Reason for cancellation
Fine policy By participating in CSA Career Days, you agree to the following conditions:
No fine – if you cancel at least 3 working days before the event.
€10 fine – if you cancel within 3 working days before the event.
€20 fine – if you cancel after 5pm the day before the event or fail to show up.
Failure to pay the fine will result in ineligibility to participate in any CSA-organised events for the remainder of the 2025-2026 academic year and the company involved will be informed of your absence.
Exceptional Circumstances Late cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergencies), please inform us as soon as possible, preferably before the event or within one week after it.The Career Events Committee will make the final decision on whether a fine applies.
Collection of Fines Fines will be processed approximately one month after the event, allowing sufficient time to review all cancellation cases and submitted reasons.
